RETURN POLICY

Returns are only made once the product has arrived at its destination and has been received by the purchaser, no returns are made on products that are in transit for delivery or have not yet been delivered.

By making a purchase through the website, you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any іtеmѕ need to be returned оvеr 30 days аrе ѕubjесt to a restocking fее. If the order was placed by mistake, customer will bear shipping cost for return. If the item is defective or damaged or not consistent with our product description, Notonmek will provide shipping label for return.

2. CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • Full name of the person who placed the order.
  • Order number.
  • Items must be in its initial state (unmarked, unaltered and undamaged).
  • Any items you have accepted and then returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure that you send the item back to us using a delivery service that will insure the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.
  • Notonmek reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not comply with our return policy may be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

Important: To request a return, please send your request to [email protected] you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Please note that if you request a return, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item and the cost of shipping the new product. If you request a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We do our best to avoid any damage or defect in your products, however, if upon receiving the product, it is defective, damaged or is the wrong product and you need to exchange the product for another product of the same reference or need a refund, please contact us through our contact information. Only in these cases we will assume the shipping cost.

The request must contain the following

  • Full name of the person who placed the order.
  • Order number.
  • Proof of damage or defect of the product (photo or video).

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

If you change your mind before we ship your order, please contact us online, or go to Parts Request and leave us a message with your order number or send an email to [email protected] to request order cancellation. We will respond within 10 hours. You will be able to cancel any order within two days of placing the order, without any obligation.

5. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your return is received we will inspect the returned merchandise within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse, to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will thеn process your request and refund you in full within days. You will be automatically refunded in your original payment method. Please remember that it may take 2-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If within 5 business days, you have not received the refund please contact us through our contact information.

If the product(s) is damaged, not its original condition or missing parts will inform you if you are eligible for a partial refund. This is decided from case to case depending on the severity of the damages or what parts are missing.

6. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

Undeliverable packages that are returned to Notonmek will not be automatically re-sent and additional shipping charges may be incurred. If you wish to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.
